Manhattan DA charges Ken Kurson months after being pardoned by Trump

Aug. 19 (UPI) – Ken Kurson, the previous supervisor of the New York Observer, was charged by New York State examiners with keeping an eye on his previous spouse, months in the wake of being exonerated by then-friendly President Donald Trump.

Kurson, a companion of the Trump family, was charged by Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr on Wednesday with snoopping and PC trespass, each a lawful offense, for utilizing spyware to access the correspondences of his significant other between Sept. 24, 2015 and March 3, 2016, in the midst of their separation procedures.

“As claimed in the grumbling, Mr. Kurson dispatched a mission of cybercrime, control and maltreatment from his roost at the New York Observer, and presently individuals of New York will consider him responsible,” Vance said in an articulation.



The criminal protest blames Kurson – a companion for Jared Kushner, the spouse of the previous president’s oldest girl, Ivanka Trump – of having utilized checking programming on a PC of his then-wife with whom he lived with at an opportunity to record her keystrokes to get the passwords to her own Facebook and Gmail accounts.

The examiners’ office said the new charges arrive in an examination that started after Kurson was pardon by Trump on his last day in office.
